Orders placed before 11am AEST may qualify for same-day delivery (pending availability and stock – contact the store for detailed information on flower stock)
Deliveries occur between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday
We cannot guarantee exact delivery times but do our best to accommodate requests
If the recipient is unavailable, the flowers may be left in a safe spot or re-delivery arranged (charges may apply)
