At Emile’s Blooms, we are committed to delivering fresh, beautiful arrangements every time. If your flowers arrive damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please send a photo of the item to assist with assessment

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect deliveries

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or natural flower variations

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or offered as store credit
